ARC Meeting
Monday, November 12th, 6:00 PM at Manor House

The Architectural Review Committee meets once a month on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 pm. All Committee guidelines may be viewed under ARC on the homepage as well as the link for the Architectural Review Submittal form.  All exterior improvements, alterations or changes to your property must be submitted and approved before work commences. All submittals for consideration must be received by HOA Resources by noon on the Friday before the meeting date, and include all requested information included on the required submittal form. The submittal form may also be found under Forms on the homepage. Covenants and amendments may be found on the homepage for review of requirements.

 
BOD Meeting
Wednesday, November 21st, 5:30 pm at Manor House
The MCHOA BOD meeting will be held on the third Wednesday this month at 5:30 pm at the Manor House. If you would like to be placed on the agenda to speak during the 15 minute Homeowners Open Session please submit your name and subject matter to management by noon of the Monday before. The Board meeting duration is 2 hours. Homeowners may observe however must refrain from speaking during this time. Roberts Rules are not observed. The homeowners are asked to exit at the conclusion of the meeting to allow the Board to proceed to Executive Session.
